Our Policies

  • 24hr notice is required for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged in full.

  • Packages activate upon first use and must be used within 3 months, upon which time they expire.

  • Packages are not eligible for refund, hold, or extension. (Reasonable exceptions can be made to expiry dates for out of town clients or when circumstances require.)

  • A standard session is 55 minutes. 

  • Extended sessions are 85 minutes.

  • GST is additional to the listed prices.
