Kulvinder

Founder, Senior Teacher

With 27 years of experience in Classical and Contemporary Pilates, Kulvinder is an Internationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NPCP) whose instruction is grounded in technical precision and a deep study of movement science: biomechanics, neuromuscular control, and pelvic health.

Through dedicated private, one-on-one instruction, she helps you discover your body from the inside out, using breath, alignment, and intelligent movement to retrain the nervous system. Her work helps you understand your body more deeply and translate that understanding into efficient, powerful, precise movement.

The result is a balanced, resilient body built for longevity. An enduring physical foundation that deepens self-awareness and carries into how you move through life.
